to help you play harder"
There are a range of electrotherapies available depending upon your individual circumstances.
Some are used to assist with pain relief, some are to assist with healing processes and others help with rehabilitation by providing electrical stimulus to the muscle via electrodes in contact with the skin. These include Ultrasound, Interferential, TENS and Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS).
Also available is Surface EMG (also known as Biofeedback), where electrical impulses provided to muscles by the nervous system are measured. This provides information regarding the status of a particular muscle or function and can further assist to monitor progress throughout corrective training programmes.
